I played your game! It's a really unique idea and captivating. With a little bit of polish, this could easily be a great game. I like the analogy for reading as typing; it seems pretty apt. I wish the energy mechanic was less taxing. It seems to completely run out every 15 seconds. Also, the food is not as fleshed out as it could be. Would like to see where an idea like this could go!

Thank you so much! This was such a great surprise :D

Really appreciate the feedback and to be included in your video.

I'll definitely take into account what you mentioned!

Really enjoyed the game so far. I thought the cute aesthetic and warm tones that everything gave, made it all feel very cozy. The sounds were nice and the music was an appropriately chill tune. The core gameplay loop is pretty simple, but for what it is, I still thought it was fun! I enjoy a good time management game, and I was trying to do 100 books over the course of 30 days (because why not). I was currently on day 10 with 25 down, but I forgot to save before going back to the menu! I'll definitely give it another shot again soon.

Really good work! Do you have new features planned for the future?

Thank you so much! Glad you enjoyed it :)

It's sad that you lost your progress, especially since you chose the most amount of books as a challenge :O

Currently, I don't have anything new planned for the game(this game started as a weekend project and then spiraled into this full game). So I'm not sure I'll be adding something else. Maybe in the future.
